الدارمي:٢٩٨٥أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

«إِنَّ الْجَدَّاتِ لَيْسَ لَهُنَّ مِيرَاثٌ إِنَّمَا هِيَ طُعْمَةٌ أُطْعِمْنَهَا وَالْجَدَّاتُ أَقْرَبُهُنَّ وَأَبْعَدُهُنَّ سَوَاءٌ»
