[Machine] The translation is: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to carry me and Al-Hasan or Al-Husain (his grandsons) on his shoulders, and he would say, "And I see him (the Prophet) saying, 'Al-Hasan, carry me between his hands and Al-Husain behind him until we reach Madinah while riding on the animal that the Prophet ﷺ used to ride on."  

الدارمي:٢٧٠٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَفَلَ تُلُقِّيَ بِي وَبِالْحَسَنِ أَوْ بِالْحُسَيْنِ قَالَ وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ الْحَسَنَ فَحَمَلَنِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَالْحَسَنَ وَرَاءَهُ حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ وَنَحْنُ عَلَى الدَّابَّةِ الَّتِي عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ

Abdullah b. Ja'a'far reported that when Messenger of Allah ﷺ came back from a journey he met us. Once he met me, Hasan or Husain, and he mounted one of us before him and the other one behind him until we entered Medina.  

مسلم:٢٤٢٨b – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُوَرِّقٌ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ تُلُقِّيَ بِنَا قَالَ فَتُلُقِّيَ بِي وَبِالْحَسَنِ أَوْ بِالْحُسَيْنِ قَالَ فَحَمَلَ أَحَدَنَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَالآخَرَ خَلْفَهُ حَتَّى دَخَلْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ  

ibnmajah:3773 – Abū Bakr b. Abū Shaybah > ʿAbd al-Raḥīm b. Sulaymān > ʿĀṣim > Muwarriq al-ʿIjlī > ʿAbdullāh b. Jaʿfar

"Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came back from a journey, he would be met by us(children). (One day) he was met by me and Hasan or Husain. He made one of us ride in front of him and the other behind him, until we came to Al-Madinah."
