[Machine] Regarding the man who steps on his wife while she has seen her period before she takes a ritual bath (ghusl), Al-Hasan said: "She is considered menstruating until she takes a bath, and he is required to perform the expiation (kaffarah), and he may not approach her until she takes a bath."  

الدارمي:١١٢٤أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ

عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَقَدْ رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ؟ قَالَ «هِيَ حَائِضٌ مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ وَلَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ»
