Abu Bakra wrote to his son who was in Sijistan: 'Do not judge between two persons when you are angry, for I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "A judge should not judge between two persons while he is in an angry mood."  

البخاري:٧١٥٨حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ

[Machine] Abu Bakrah wrote to his son while he was working in Sistan, advising him not to make decisions between two people while he is angry. He mentioned hearing the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "No judgment should be made between two individuals or adversaries while one is angry."
