I served the Prophet ﷺ for ten years, and he never said to me, "Uf" (a minor harsh word denoting impatience) and never blamed me by saying, "Why did you do so or why didn't you do so?"
خَدَمْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَمَا قَالَ لِي أُفٍّ وَلاَ لِمَ صَنَعْتَ وَلاَ أَلاَّ صَنَعْتَ
[Machine] I served the Prophet, ﷺ , for ten years, and by Allah, he never said to me "uff" (a word expressing annoyance) nor did he ask me, "Why did you do this or that?"
خَدَمْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَوَاللهِ مَا قَالَ لِي أُفٍّ قَطُّ وَلَا قَالَ لِشَيْءٍ صَنَعْتُهُ لِمَ صَنَعْتَ كَذَا وَهَلَّا صَنَعْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا
[Machine] I heard Anas ibn Malik say, "I served the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for ten years, and he never said 'uff' to me nor asked me, 'Why did you do so?'"
سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ خَدَمْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَمَا قَالَ لِي أُفٍّ قَطُّ وَلَا قَالَ لِي لِمَ صَنَعْتَ كَذَا
[Machine] "I served the Messenger of Allah for ten years, and he never said 'uff' to me, nor did he say 'why did you do this and not do that.'"
«خَدَمْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَشَرَ سِنِينَ فَمَا قَالَ لِي أُفٍّ قَطُّ وَلَا قَالَ لِي أَلَا صَنَعْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَلَمْ تَصْنَعْ كَذَا وَكَذَا»
