I asked ʿAisha "Did the Prophet ﷺ use to sleep while he was Junub?" She replied, "Yes, but he used to perform ablution (before going to bed).

"I asked 'Aishah: 'Did the Messenger of Allah [SAW] wear perfume?' She said: 'Yes, the perfumes used by men: Musk and amber.'"
سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتَطَيَّبُ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ بِذِكَارَةِ الطِّيبِ الْمِسْكِ وَالْعَنْبَرِ
[Machine] I asked Aisha, "Did the Prophet ﷺ used to sleep while in a state of impurity?" She said, "Yes, he would perform ablution for prayer."
سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ هَلْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَرْقُدُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ
[Machine] I asked Aisha, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sleep while he was in a state of sexual impurity (junub)?" She replied, "Yes, but he would perform ablution similar to the ablution for prayer."
سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَنَامُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ وَلَكِنْ كَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِثْلَ وُضُوءِ الصَّلَاةِ
