bukhari:1787 – Musaddad > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Ibn ʿAwn > al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad > Ibn ʿAwn > Ibrāhīm > al-Aswad > ʿĀʾishah

That ʿAisha said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! The people are returning after performing the two Nusuks (i.e. Hajj and ʿUmra) but I am returning with one only?" He said, "Wait till you become clean from your menses and then go to at-Tanʿim, assume Ihram (and after performing ʿUmra) join us at such-andsuch a place. But it (i.e. the reward if ʿUmra) is according to your expenses or the hardship (which you will undergo while performing it).  

البخاري:١٧٨٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ قَالاَ قَالَتْ

عَائِشَةُ ؓ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ بِنُسُكَيْنِ وَأَصْدُرُ بِنُسُكٍ فَقِيلَ لَهَا انْتَظِرِي فَإِذَا طَهُرْتِ فَاخْرُجِي إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهِلِّي ثُمَّ ائْتِينَا بِمَكَانِ كَذَا وَلَكِنَّهَا عَلَى قَدْرِ نَفَقَتِكِ أَوْ نَصَبِكِ

Messenger of Allah. the people return (from Mecca) having done two worships (both Hajj and Umra), but I am coming back with one (only). whereupon he said: You should wait and when the period of menses is over, you should go to Tan'im and put on lhram and then meet us at such and such time (and I think he said tomorrow) ; and (the reward of this Umra) is for you equal to your hardship or your spending.  

مسلم:١٢١١r – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ح وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَتْ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ بِنُسُكَيْنِ وَأَصْدُرُ بِنُسُكٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ انْتَظِرِي فَإِذَا طَهَرْتِ فَاخْرُجِي إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهِلِّي مِنْهُ ثُمَّ الْقَيْنَا عِنْدَ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ غَدًا وَلَكِنَّهَا عَلَى قَدْرِ نَصَبِكِ أَوْ قَالَ نَفَقَتِكِ

[Machine] Narrated by Ummul Mu'minin (Mother of the Believers), she said: "I do not remember the narration of this from the narration of this. Aisha (the Prophet's wife) said: 'O Messenger of Allah, people go out for Hajj in pairs, while I go out for Hajj alone.' He said: 'Wait until you become pure, then proceed to perform the Ihram. Accompany from them whom you would like, then we throw [the pebbles] and say: 'I think He said such and such.' But it depends on your financial ability or according to your expense or as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said.'"  

أحمد:٢٤١٥٩ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ يُحَدِّثَانِ ذَاكَ

عَنْ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَا أَحْفَظُ حَدِيثَ هَذَا مِنْ حَدِيثِ هَذَا قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ بِنُسُكَيْنِ وَأَصْدُرُ بِنُسُكٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ انْتَظِرِي فَإِذَا طَهُرْتِ فَاخْرُجِي إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهِلِّي مِنْهُ ثُمَّ الْقَيْنَا وَقَالَ مَرَّةً ثُمَّ وَافِينَا بِجَبَلِ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ كَذَا وَلَكِنَّهَا عَلَى قَدْرِ نَصَبِكِ أَوْ قَدْرِ نَفَقَتِكِ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

[Machine] Aisha, O Messenger of Allah, do people perform Hajj with two sacrifices while I perform it with only one? He replied to her, "Wait until you become pure, then go to the place of accommodation and prepare yourself from it. Then come to us at such and such a place. However, it depends on your ability and circumstances."
