[Machine] And Asim narrated from Abu Burdah, he said: I said to Ali, "What is Al-Qassiyah?" He said, "They are garments that came to us from Ash-Sham or from Egypt; they are ribbed with silk, and contain patterns similar to the utrunj, and the mitharah was made by women for their husbands, like small garments which they would whiten. And Jarir narrated from Yazid in his hadith, "Al-Qassiyah are ribbed garments that are brought from Egypt, containing silk, and the mitharah is the skins of wild animals." Abu Abdullah Asim said, "The mitharah is more abundant and more accurate."
