[Machine] Saad bin Malik: We returned during the Hajj of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and some of us said, "I have performed the stoning of six (Jamaar), and some of us said, "I have performed the stoning of seven." This did not concern or criticize some of us towards others.

البيهقي:٩٦٦٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ طَاوُسٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ حَصَاةً قَالَ يُطْعِمُ لُقْمَةً قَالَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِمُجَاهِدٍ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ قَوْلَ سَعْدٍ قَالَ

سَعْدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ رَجَعْنَا فِي حَجَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَمِنَّا مَنْ يَقُولُ رَمَيْتُ بِسِتٍّ وَمِنَّا مَنْ يَقُولُ رَمَيْتُ بِسَبْعٍ فَلَمْ يَعِبْ ذَاكَ بَعْضُنَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ
