[Machine] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying that the Prophet ﷺ used to perform ghusl (ritual bathing) with a sa' (a unit of measurement) of water up to five imdad (liters), and he used to perform wudu (ablution) with mud.  

البيهقي:٩٢٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ إِمْلَاءً قَالُوا أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا مِسْعَرُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جَبْرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي شَيْخٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ يُقَالُ لَهُ ابْنُ جَبْرٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَغْتَسِلُ بِالصَّاعِ إِلَى خَمْسَةِ أَمْدَادٍ وَكَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْمُدِّ
