[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "This is an 'Umrah in which we enjoyed. So whoever does not have a sacrificial animal with him, then he should release himself from the state of Ihram completely, for indeed the 'Umrah has been merged into the Hajj until the Day of Resurrection."  

البيهقي:٨٨٦٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الطَّابِرَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الصَّائِغُ ثنا رَوْحٌ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا الْحَكَمُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ هَذِهِ عُمْرَةٌ اسْتَمْتَعْنَا بِهَا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ فَلْيَحِلَّ الْحِلَّ كُلَّهُ فَقَدْ دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ وَمُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَكَأَنَّهُ أَرَادَ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ أَصْحَابَهُ الَّذِينَ حَلُّوا وَاسْتَمْتَعُوا وَثَابِتٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ تَلَهَّفَ حَيْثُ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ فَلَمْ يَحِلَّ وَلَوْ كَانَ مُتَمَتِّعًا بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ لَمْ يَتَلَهَّفْ عَلَيْهَا وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
