[Machine] I did it with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and at that time there was an unbeliever in the throne, meaning Mecca, and it refers to Muawiyah.  

البيهقي:٨٨٥٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ قَالَا ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ ابْنُ التَّيْمِيِّ يَعْنِي الْمُعْتَمِرَ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ جَمِيعًا قَالَا ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ حدَّثَنِي غُنَيْمُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنِ التَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَقَالَ

فَعَلْتُهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهَذَا يَوْمَئِذٍ كَافِرٌ فِي الْعَرْشِ يَعْنِي مَكَّةَ وَيَعْنِي بِهِ مُعَاوِيَةَ

فَعَلْنَاهَا وَهَذَا يَوْمَئِذٍ كَافِرٌ بِالْعُرُشِ يَعْنِي بُيُوتَ مَكَّةَ
