البيهقي:٨٤٥ – وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ سَأَلُوا سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَغْسِلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ أَيَكْفِيهِ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلْيَغْسِلْ قَدَمَيْهِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

فِي الَّذِي نَسِيَ الْمَضْمَضَةَ وَالِاسْتِنْشَاقَ فِي الْجَنَابَةِ قَالَ لَا يُعِيدُ الصَّلَاةَ
