البيهقي:٨٣١٨ – وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ الشِّيعِيُّ ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِذَا عَجَزَ الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ عَنِ الصِّيَامِ أَطْعَمَ عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مُدًّا مُدًّا وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَقِيهُ بِالرَّيْ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا وُهَيْبٌ ثنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ رُخِّصَ لِلشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ وَيُطْعِمَ

عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا وَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ

الحاكم:١٦٠٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَقِيهُ بِالرِّيِّ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا وُهَيْبٌ ثنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «رُخِّصَ لِلشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ

أَنْ يُفْطِرَ وَيُطْعِمَ عَلَى كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا وَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِي وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَفِيهِ الدَّلِيلُ
