البيهقي:٨٢٤٧وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُفَرِّقُ قَضَاءَ رَمَضَانَ هَكَذَا قَالَ

ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَرَاوِيهِ الْحَارِثُ الْأَعْوَرُ وَالْحَارِثُ ضَعِيفٌ
