[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is traveling on a journey and finds Shiba', they should fast wherever they are when Ramadan comes upon them." Al-Bukhari said: "Abdus Samad bin Habib, the narrator of this hadith, is not reliable, and Al-Bukhari does not consider this hadith to be significant."  

البيهقي:٨١٦٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ وَمُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْعَوْذِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ عَلَى حَمُولَةٍ يَأْوِي إِلَى شِبَعٍ فَلْيَصُمْ حَيْثُ أَدْرَكَهُ رَمَضَانُ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ مُنْكَرُ الْحَدِيثِ ذَاهِبٌ وَلَمْ يَعُدَّ الْبُخَارِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ شَيْئًا
