[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever breaks their fast in Ramadan without a valid excuse, they have no obligation to make up for it or offer expiation, and likewise."  

البيهقي:٨٠٧٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ التَّاجِرُ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ عَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَهُوَ مِمَّا تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَكُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِمَا قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ يَرْوِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ وَقَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ وَالْحَسَنِ فِي ذَلِكَ وَفِي الْجِمَاعِ نَاسِيًا لَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَ عَطَاءٌ يَقُولُ فِي الْجِمَاعِ نَاسِيًا عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ
