[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered the giving of Zakat al-Fitr to be paid before the people go out for prayer, and Abdullah used to pay it a day or two before that.

البيهقي:٧٧٣٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ أنبأ جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ أنبأ الضَّحَّاكُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِإِخْرَاجِ زَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَأَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ كَانَ يُؤَدِّيهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ بِيَوْمٍ أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ دُونَ أَدَاءِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
