[Machine] Musab al-Ash'ari and Muadh were sent to Yemen, and when they were there, they only took wheat, barley, dates, and raisins.  

البيهقي:٧٤٥٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي

مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ وَمُعَاذٍ ؓ أَنَّهُمَا حِينَ بُعِثَا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ لَمْ يَأْخُذَا إِلَّا مِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ
