[Machine] That no Zakat is taken from palm trees or grapes until they reach a harvest of five uqiya. Az-Zuhri said, "And we do not know of any fruit being harvested other than dates and grapes."  

البيهقي:٧٤٣٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِأَبِي الشَّيْخِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا يُونُسُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ بْنَ سَهْلٍ يُحَدِّثُنَا فِي مَجْلِسِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ

أَنْ لَا تُؤْخَذَ الزَّكَاةُ مِنْ نَخْلٍ وَلَا عِنَبٍ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَرْصُهَا خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ يُخْرَصُ مِنَ الثَّمَرِ إِلَّا التَّمْرُ وَالْعِنَبُ
