البيهقي:٧٣٩٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ الَّتِي يُحْرَثُ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ شَيْءٌ تَابَعَهُ خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ هَكَذَا مَوْقُوفًا وَهُوَ إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ مُجَاهِدٍ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ

وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ لَيْسَ فِي الْبَقَرِ الْعَوَامِلِ صَدَقَةٌ إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي مِصْرٍ
