البيهقي:٧٣٩٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ثنا جَدِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبَانَ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنبأ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ عَلَى مُثِيرِ الْأَرْضِ زَكَاةٌ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ
