[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mourned Ja'far, Zayd bin Harithah, and Abdullah bin Rawahah before their news arrived. He mourned them as tears rolled down his eyes.  

البيهقي:٧١٥٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

نَعَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَعْفَرًا وَزَيْدَ بْنَ حَارِثَةَ وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ نَعَاهُمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِئَ خَبَرُهُمْ نَعَاهُمْ وَعَيْنَاهُ تَذْرِفَانِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَقَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ شَهِدْنَا ابْنَةً لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَالِسٌ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ فَرَأَيْتُ عَيْنَيْهِ تَدْمَعَانِ
