[Machine] May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, will we be punished in our graves?" He said a phrase, "I seek refuge with Allah from that." She said, "Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out one day in a boat and the sun was eclipsed. So, I went out with some women between the rocks. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ quickly came from his boat and stood in prayer. He made takbeer and stood for a long time, then he made rukoo' for a long time. Then he raised his head and stood for a long time and it was shorter than the first standing. Then he made rukoo' for a long time and it was shorter than the first rukoo'. Then he raised and prostrated for a long time and it was shorter than the first prostration. Then he raised and prostrated for a long time and it was shorter than the first prostration. He did the same in the second unit, so his prayer was four units in four prostrations." She said, "Then I heard him seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave and saying, 'Indeed, you will be tested in your graves, like the trial of the Dajjal or the trial of the Messiah.'" 6310 And Abu Abdullah narrated to us, and Abu Al-Walid narrated to me, and Ibrahim Ibn Abi Talib narrated to me, and Ibn Abi Umar narrated to me, and Sufyan narrated with his chain of narration and its meaning.

"I heard Aishah say: 'A Jewish woman came to me begging, and said: May Allah grant you protection from the torment of the grave.' When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came, I said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, will people be tormented in their graves?' He sought refuge with Allah (SWT) and climbed onto his mount. The sun became eclipsed while I was between the apartments with some women. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came from his mount and came to his prayer place, and led the people in prayer. He stood for a long time, then he bowed for a long time, then he raised his head and stood for a long time, then he bowed for a long time, then he raised his head and stood for a long time, then he prostrated for a long time. Then he stood for a shorter time than in the first (rak'ah), then he bowed for a shorter time than the first, then he raised his head and stood for a shorter time than the first, then he bowed for a shorter time than the first, then he raised his head and stood for a shorter time than the first, so he bowed four times and prostrated four times, and the eclipse ended. He said: "You will be tried in your graves like the trial of the Dajjal.' Aishah said: 'I heard him after that seeking refuge with Allah from the torment of the grave.'"
