[Machine] He used to prolong his prayer from the Dhuhr prayer on the Day of Sacrifice to the Asr prayer on the last days of Tashriq, even if he was in Attah during the time of the Caliph Umar ibn Al-Khattab.

البيهقي:٦٢٧٣ – فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يُكَبِّرُ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ كَذَا رَوَاهُ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَكَانَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ يُنْكِرُهُ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ذَاكَرْتُ بِهِ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ فَأَنْكَرَهُ وَقَالَ هَذَا وَهْمٌ مِنَ الْحَجَّاجِ وَإِنَّمَا الْإِسْنَادُ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ فِي قُبَّتِهِ بِمِنًى قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَالْمَشْهُورُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ وَلَوْ كَانَ عِنْدَ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ هَذَا الَّذِي

رَوَاهُ عَنْهُ الْحَجَّاجُ لَمَا اسْتجَازَ لِنَفْسِهِ خِلَافَ عُمَرَ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ السَّبِيعِيِّ أَنَّهُ حَكَاهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ
