[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade wearing clothes that draw attention to oneself or wearing ragged clothes that are looked down upon. 'Amr said, "I have been told that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Choosing between two matters, the best of them is the middle one.'"  

البيهقي:٦١٠٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ هَارُونَ عَنْ كِنَانَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الشُّهْرَتَيْنِ أَنْ يَلْبَسَ الثِّيَابَ الْحَسَنَةَ الَّتِي يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَوِ الدَّنِيَّةَ أَوِ الرَّثَّةَ الَّتِي يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا قَالَ عَمْرٌو بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَمْرًا بَيْنَ أَمْرَيْنِ وَخَيْرُ الْأُمُورِ أَوْسَاطُهَا هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ
