لَبِسْتُهُ عِنْدَ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْكَ ظَاهِرُ هَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى جَوَازِهِ فِي غَيْرِ الْحَرْبِ وَالْحَدِيثُ مُنْقَطِعٌ
