البيهقي:٦٠٧٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ثنا سَعِيدٌ ثنا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَنْبَأَهُمْ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ فِي الْقُمُصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي السَّفَرِ مِنْ حِكَّةٍ كَانَتْ بِهِمَا أَوْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِمَا

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَأَخْرَجَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَفِيهِ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمَا فِي قَمِيصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمَا فَيُشْبِهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ الرُّخْصَةُ فِي لُبِسِهِ لِلْحَرْبِ وَإِنْ كَانَ ظَاهِرُهُ أَنَّهَا لِلْحِكَّةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
