[Machine] Abu Bakrah came as a witness, and a man from his gathering stood up for him. Abu Bakrah refused to sit with him and said, "The Prophet ﷺ prohibited touching a person's hand with a garment of someone who is not wearing it."  

البيهقي:٥٩٠٠أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ مَوْلَى آلِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

جَاءَ أَبُو بَكَرَةٍ فِي شَهَادَةٍ فَقَامَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَجْلِسَ فِيهِ وَقَالَ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ذَا وَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ الرَّجُلُ يَدَهُ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لَمْ يَكْسُهُ هَكَذَا  

رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَرَوَاهُ عَنْهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ بِالشَّكِّ فِي مَتْنِهِ

Sa'id ibn AbulHasan said: When AbuBakrah came to us to give some evidence, a man got up from his place, but he refused to sit in it saying: The Prophet ﷺ forbade this, and the Prophet ﷺ forbade anyone to wipe his hand on the garment of anyone whose clothing he had not himself provided.
