[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ said, 'There is no ablution except with water or wind.' And this is a concise and complete statement."  

البيهقي:٥٧٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا وُضُوءَ إِلَّا مِنْ صَوْتٍ أَوْ رِيحٍ وَهَذَا مُخْتَصَرٌ وَتَمَامُهُ

Messenger of Allah said: "There no Wudu except for a sound or a smell."  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.
الترمذي:٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ وَهَنَّادٌ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'No ablution (is needed) unless there is an odor or a sound.'"
