[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ said, 'There is no ablution except with water or wind.' And this is a concise and complete statement."  

البيهقي:٥٧٠أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا وُضُوءَ إِلَّا مِنْ صَوْتٍ أَوْ رِيحٍ وَهَذَا مُخْتَصَرٌ وَتَمَامُهُ

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.
