البيهقي:٥٦٨٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا فِي زَمَنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ يُصَلُّونَ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فَإِذَا خَرَجَ وَجَلَسَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَأَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ جَلَسُوا يَتَحَدَّثُونَ حَتَّى إِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ وَقَامَ عُمَرُ سَكَتُوا فَلَمْ يَتَحَدَّثْ أَحَدٌ 5685 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ حَتَّى إِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ وَزَادَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ خُرُوجُ الْإِمَامِ يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ وَكَلَامُهُ يَقْطَعُ الْكَلَامَ
