bayhaqi:5229 – Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ And ʾAbū Zakariyyā b. Abū Isḥāq al-Muzakkī Waghayruhumā > Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > al-Rabīʿ b. Sulaymān > al-Shāfiʿī > Sufyān > Abū Ḥāzim

[Machine] They asked Sahl bin Saad, "From which part of the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did you see him? He replied, "No one among the people knows more about it than me. His acts were like the furthest part of the forest. Such and such a slave of such and such (person) was his Mawla. I indeed saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he mounted the pulpit, faced the Qibla, glorified Allah (by saying Takbir) and read the Qur'an. Then he bowed, descended and went to Qahqaha, where he prostrated. Then he ascended and recited the Qur'an, bowed again and descended to Qahqaha, where he prostrated. This tradition is found in a sound Hadith reported by Ibn Uyainah.  

البيهقي:٥٢٢٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ

سَأَلُوا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ ؓ مِنْ أِيِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْبَرُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَحَدٌ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي مِنْ أَثْلِ الْغَابَةِ عَمِلَهُ لَهُ فُلَانٌ مَوْلَى فُلَانَةَ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَيْثُ صَعَدَ عَلَيْهِ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ فَكَبَّرَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ نَزَلَ الْقَهْقَرَى فَسَجَدَ ثُمَّ صَعَدَ فَقَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ نَزَلَ الْقَهْقَرَى فَسَجَدَ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ

“The people differed concerning the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and what it was made of. So they came to Sahl bin Sa’d and asked him. He said: ‘There is no one left who knows more about that than I. It is made of tamarisk (a type of tree) from Ghabah. It was made by so-and-so, the freed slave of so- and-so (a woman), (who was) a carpenter. He brought it and he (the Prophet ﷺ) stood on it when it was put in position. He faced the Qiblah and the people stood behind him. He recited Qur’an, then bowed and raised his head, then he moved backwards until he prostrated on the ground, then he went back to the pulpit and recited Qur’an, then bowed and raised his head, then he moved backwards until he prostrated on the ground.”  

ابن ماجة:١٤١٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ

اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ أَىِّ شَىْءٍ هُوَ فَأَتَوْا سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ فَسَأَلُوهُ فَقَالَ مَا بَقِيَ أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَعْلَمَ بِهِ مِنِّي هُوَ مِنْ أَثْلِ الْغَابَةِ عَمِلَهُ فُلاَنٌ مَوْلَى فُلاَنَةَ نَجَّارٌ فَجَاءَ بِهِ فَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ حِينَ وُضِعَ فَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَقَامَ النَّاسُ خَلْفَهُ فَقَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَرَجَعَ الْقَهْقَرَى حَتَّى سَجَدَ بِالأَرْضِ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَقَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ فَقَامَ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ الْقَهْقَرَى حَتَّى سَجَدَ بِالأَرْضِ

[Machine] They asked Sahl ibn Saad about something from the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He said, "No one remaining among the people knows about it more than me. It is from the actions of 'such and such' who is the client of 'such and such'. I have indeed seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he ascended the pulpit, faced the qibla, said takbir, then recited, then performed ruku, then descended to al-Qahhara, prostrated, then ascended, then recited, then performed ruku, then descended to al-Qahhara, then prostrated."  

الطبراني:٥٩١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَا ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا أَبُو حَازِمٍ قَالَ
