البيهقي:٥٠١٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَوْذَبٍ بِوَاسِطَ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ جَاءَنَا أَنَسٌ وَقَدْ صَلَّيْنَا فَأَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ وَصَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ وَعَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَهُ قَالَ

الشَّيْخُ كَرَاهِيَةُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ مَحْمُولَةٌ عَلَى مَوْضِعٍ يَكُونُ الْجَمَاعَةُ فِيهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ صُلِّيَ تَفَرُّقُ الْكَلِمَةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
