[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Pray two by two, and make tasleem (saying salaam) in every two rak'ahs, and make takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) and stay in the prayer position for a while, and hold your hands to your sides, and say, 'O Allah, O Allah.' And whoever does not do that, it is a deficiency, it is a deficiency in the hadith of Abu Dawood and in their hadith. And you hold your hands to your sides and say, 'O Allah,' and if you do not do that, it is a deficiency. And in what I have read in the book of al-Ilal of Abu 'Isa al-Tirmidhi, he said, "I heard Muhammad ibn Isma'eel al-Bukhari say about this hadith: The narration of al-Laith ibn Saad from Abd Rabee' ibn Sa'eed is more authentic than the hadith of Shu'bah, and Shu'bah made mistakes in this hadith in some places." He said, "Anas ibn Abi Anas" and it is actually Imran ibn Abi Anas, and Abdullah ibn al-Harith said, "It is actually Abdullah ibn Nafi' from Rabee'ah ibn al-Harith, and Rabee'ah ibn al-Harith is the son of Muttalib." And he said, "He narrated from al-Fadl ibn Abbas."  

البيهقي:٤٥٧٨أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو النَّضْرِ وَرَوْحٌ وَفَهْدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ وَوَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ قَالُوا ثنا شُعْبَةُ (ح) وَأنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعِ بْنِ الْعَمْيَاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الصَّلَاةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى وَتَشَهَّدْ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَتَبَأَّسْ وَتَمَسْكَنْ وَأَقْنِعْ يَدَيْكَ وَقُلِ اللهُمَّ اللهُمَّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ وَفِي حَدِيثِهِمْ وَتُقَنِّعُ يَدَيْكَ وَتَقُولُ اللهُمَّ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ وَفِيمَا قَرَأْتُ فِي كِتَابِ الْعِلَلِ لِأَبِي عِيسَى التِّرْمِذِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيَّ يَقُولُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ رِوَايَةُ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ وَشُعْبَةُ أَخْطَأَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فِي مَوَاضِعَ قَالَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي أَنَسٍ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَرَبِيعَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَ هُوَ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
