bayhaqi:3598 – Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ And ʾAbū Saʿīd b. Abū ʿAmr > Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > Usayd b. ʿĀṣim > al-Ḥusayn b. Ḥafṣ > Sufyān > Manṣūr > Ribʿī b. Ḥirāsh > Ṭāriq b. ʿAbdullāh al-Muḥāribī

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: "When you pray, do not spit in front of you or to your right, but instead spit to your left if it is empty or under your left foot." And he said with his foot, he used to scrape it with his foot. Abu Al-Ahwas narrated it from Mansoor and he said: "Or under his left foot."  

البيهقي:٣٥٩٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ فَلَا تَبْصُقَنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ وَلَا عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَابْصُقْ تِلْقَاءَ شِمَالِكَ إِنْ كَانَ فَارِغًا أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِكَ وَقَالَ بِرِجْلِهِ كَانَ يَحُكُّهُ بِقَدَمِهِ وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ فَقَالَ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "When you pray, do not spit in front of you or to your right, but rather spit to your left if there is an empty space. Otherwise, spit under your foot and wipe it."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you are in prayer, do not spit in front of you nor to your right, but spit towards your left if it is empty or under your feet." And he indicated with his foot as if he were directing it towards his foot. "This saying is from Abu Al-Abbas's Hadith."  

الحاكم:٩٤١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَحَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كُنْتَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَلَا تَبْزُقْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ وَلَا عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَلَكِنِ ابْصُقْ تِلْقَاءَ شِمَالِكَ إِنْ كَانَ فَارِغًا أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْكَ» وَقَالَ بِرِجْلِهِ كَأَنَّهُ يَحُطُّهُ بِقَدَمِهِ «هَذَا اللَّفْظُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى مَا أَصَّلْتُهُ مِنْ تَفَرُّدِ التَابِعِيِّ عَنِ الصَّحَابِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
