[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Do not pray behind someone who is sleeping or speaking. This is the best narration on this topic and it is conveyed by Hisham ibn Ziyad, Abu Al-Miqdam, from Muhammad ibn Ka'b, and he is abandoned.'"  

البيهقي:٣٥١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْقُرَظِيِّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تُصَلُّوا خَلْفَ النَّائِمِ وَلَا الْمُتَحَدِّثِ وَهَذَا أَحْسَنُ مَا رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ وَرَوَاهُ هِشَامُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ أَبُو الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ
