[Machine] He saw the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , praying in a single garment that was inconsistent between its two sides on his shoulder and his garment was on the ground.  

البيهقي:٣٢٨٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُخَالِفًا بَيْنَ طَرَفَيْهِ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَثَوْبُهُ عَلَى الْمِشْجَبِ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ حَرْمَلَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو بِمَعْنَاهُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that Umar ibn Abi Salama saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying in one garment in the house of Umm Salama. He was completely covered by it, and had put both ends over his shoulders.
