[Machine] The woman prays in three pieces of clothing: a dress, a headscarf, and a waist wrap. It has been narrated from Umm Salama that she prayed in a dress and a headscarf, then said, "Give me the wrap." Similarly, a narration from Aisha is mentioned, and Aisha was asked about the headscarf, to which she replied, "The headscarf is what covers the skin and the hair."  

البيهقي:٣٢٦٤أَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الصَّفَّارُ قَالُوا أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي التَّيْمِيَّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ

تُصَلِّي الْمَرْأَةُ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ دِرْعٍ وَخِمَارٍ وَإِزَارٍ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهَا صَلَّتْ فِي دِرْعٍ وَخِمَارٍ ثُمَّ قَالَتْ نَاوِلِينِي الْمِلْحَفَةَ وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ عَنِ الْخِمَارِ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّمَا الْخِمَارُ مَا وَارَى الْبَشَرَةَ وَالشَّعَرَ
