البيهقي:٢١٧٦٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ

إِذَا تَتَابَعَ عَلَى الْمُكَاتَبِ نَجْمَانِ فَلَمْ يُؤَدِّ نُجُومَهُ رُدَّ فِي الرِّقِّ وَقَالَ فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ فَدَخَلَ فِي السَّنَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ أَوْ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ
