[Machine] 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "If a slave dies and leaves behind wealth, then it belongs to his emancipator and not his heirs."
قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا فَهُوَ لِمَوَالِيهِ وَلَيْسَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ شَيْءٌ
