البيهقي:٢١٦٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ يَقُولُ كَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ يَقُولُ الْمُكَاتَبُ عَبْدٌ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَيْهِ دِرْهَمٌ وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ يَقُولُ يَعْتِقُ مِنْهُ بِالْحِسَابِ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى وَعَنْ طَارِقٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ

الْمُكَاتَبُ يَرِثُ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى
