[Machine] About the jurists from the people of the city, they used to say that a woman does not inherit anything from the loyalty to any of her relatives, and she does not inherit any loyalty except what she herself has freed, or what the person who wrote her freedom has freed from her, or the loyalty of a slave whom she has freed.  

البيهقي:٢١٥١٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرَّفَّاءُ أنبأ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ وَعِيسَى بْنُ مِينَاءٍ قَالَا ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ الْفُقَهَاءِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ لَا تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ أَقَارِبِهَا وَلَا تَرِثُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقَتْ هِيَ نَفْسُهَا أَوْ مَنْ كَاتَبَتْ فَعَتَقَ مِنْهَا أَوْ وَلَاءَ مَوْلَى مَنْ أَعْتَقَتْ
