البيهقي:٢١٣١٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ ذَكَرَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عُمَرَ ؓ بِعَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْتَقْتُ شِقْصًا مِنْ غُلَامِي هَذَا قَالَ أَعْتِقْ كُلَّهُ لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ كَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ فِي كِتَابِي وَهُوَ فِي الْجَامِعِ رِوَايَةُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ فَقَالَ

عُمَرُ ؓ أَعْتِقْهُ كُلَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِ أَلْفٌ
