عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ وَشُرَيْحٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةٌ عَلَى شَهَادَةٍ فِي حَدٍّ وَلَا يُكْفَلُ فِي حَدٍّ
[Machine] The testimony of a man is not valid as evidence against another man in matters of punishment or guarantee. It has also been narrated from Shurayh, Masrooq, and Ibrahim. A hadith with a weak chain of narration has also been narrated on this matter.
