[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever says to his brother, 'You are a disbeliever,' then surely one of them has committed disbelief."  

البيهقي:٢٠٩٠٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِأَخِيهِ كَافِرٌ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِهِ أَحَدُهُمَا  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ فَعَلَى هَذِهِ الطَّرِيقَةِ شَهَادَةُ أَهْلِ الْأَهْوَاءِ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُمْ تَأْوِيلٌ تَكُونُ مَاضِيَةً

Malik related to me from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a man says to his muslim brother, 'O kafir!' it is true about one of them."  

مالك:٥٦-١ – حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ يَا كَافِرُ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِهَا أَحَدُهُمَا

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to his companions, "Do not enter upon those people, meaning the punished ones, unless you are crying. If you are not crying, then do not enter upon them lest you be afflicted by what has afflicted them."  

البيهقي:٤٣٦٧ – وَأنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ يَعْنِي عَبَّاسَ بْنَ الْفَضْلِ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ لَا تَدْخُلُوا عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ يَعْنِي الْمُعَذَّبِينَ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ فَلَا تَدْخُلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ لَا يُصِيبُكُمْ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ
