البيهقي:٢٠٤٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرُوَيْهِ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَوَاحَةَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَيْهَمَ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِلَى النَّاسِ اجْعَلُوا النَّاسَ عِنْدَكُمْ فِي الْحَقِّ سَوَاءً قَرِيبُهُمْ كَبَعِيدِهِمْ وَبَعِيدُهُمْ كَقَرِيبِهِمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالرِّشَا وَالْحُكْمَ بِالْهَوَى

وَأَنْ تَأْخُذُوا النَّاسَ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ فَقُومُوا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَوْ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ
