[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to Heraclius, the great ruler of the Romans, saying: 'Peace be upon those who abide by guidance.' Abdul Razzaq reported that Ibn Abbas did not differ with him in this matter."

البيهقي:٢٠٤٣٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عنِ ابنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ

رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى هِرَقْلَ عَظِيمِ الرُّومِ سَلَامٌ عَلَى مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدَى قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَلَمْ يُجَاوِزْ بِهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ
