أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بِالْوَثِيقَةِ مِنَ الْقَضَاءِ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِقَضَاءِ عُمَرَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَسْتَشِيرُ
