البيهقي:٢٠٢٢٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ قَالَ كَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَجُلًا يَصُومُ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ خُبْزًا وَسِلْقًا فَقَالَ لَهُ تَعَالَ فَكُلْ قَالَ فَسَأَلَهُ الرَّجُلُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قَالَ مَا لَكَ ظَنَنْتَ أَنَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْقَضَاءِ فَقَالَ

لَهُ سَعِيدٌ أَرَاكَ أَحْمَقَ اذْهَبْ إِلَى الْقَاضِي الَّذِي أُجْلِسَ لِهَذَا أَتُرَانِي أَنِّي كُنْتُ أَشْغَلُ نَفْسِي بِهَذَا؟ أَوْ قَالَ بِكَ
