[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , prohibited the killing of ants, bees, hoopoes, and sparrows. Yahya said, "I saw in the book of Sufyan, from Ibn Juraij, from Ibn Abi Labid, from Al-Zuhri, that he meant this Hadith."

البيهقي:١٩٣٧٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حُدِّثْتُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَتْلَ النَّمْلَةِ وَالنَّحْلَةِ وَالصُّرَدِ وَالْهُدْهُدِ قَالَ يَحْيَى وَرَأَيْتُ فِي كِتَابِ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ يَعْنِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ
